Initial commit: TopSysOps site + admin panel

Multi-page public site (Next.js), Node/Express backend with Postgres,
and Vite admin/account app, restructured from a single-page layout
into dedicated service, promotions, cases, about, FAQ, and blog pages
for SEO.
